After a week of what seems like blow after blow to black women worldwide we express how fed up we are at the seemingly constant disrespect black women face. We talk about stereotypes and typecasts that often plague black women and obstruct the path to creating an individual self identity. We talk about the role black men play and should play in uplifting and supporting black women. We, as black women, are tired of showing up for people who do not show up for us in turn.
