This month we have a chat with creator James Foley. James found early success with the delightful picture book The Last Viking. His latest graphic novels is Chickensaurus, the fourth book of the excellent S. Tinker Inc. series. James takes us through how he got into comics and some of the comics that influenced him. The discussion includes: 

• How he got involved with writers' associations, the CBCA and how he developed as a creator 
• His love of children's books and why he dedicates himself to them
• His writing and creative process
• Some hilarious experiences with school and library events
• What he tries to show in his library and school events
• He also recommends some graphic novels including: Home Time by Campbell Whyte, Geis by Alexis Deacon, Adventures of a Japanese Businessman by Jose Domingo, One Soul and The People Inside by Ray Fawkes
