19. Emotional Healing and Nutrition with Amanda Elise Love

When it comes to healing, there is more than the physical. If you’ve been dealing with health challenges for a long time, emotional healing is just as important. And speaking on this topic today is another special guest, Amanda Elise Love, host of the Physical, Emotional, Health Secrets Podcast.

Amanda is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who teaches women how to cook simple but delicious allergy-friendly healthy meals and to integrate a holistic approach through mind, body, and spirit.

In this episode, Amanda tells us all about her journey through emotional and physical healing after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, experiencing emotional abuse and grief, and learning her body’s dietary and nutritional needs. What’s incredibly important about Amanda’s journey is that she recognized the different seasons of her healing and did not hesitate to ask for help.
