Fajar, an alumnus of Electrical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and Chungbuk National University (충북대학교), is now the Co-founder & CEO of Syntek Energy & Control, a startup company that provides new generation automation and energy solutions.

He started his career as Software Engineer at Gemalto, Singapore (2009-2010) before pursuing master study at Chungbuk, South Korea (2010-2012) and working on research projects at LS Industrial Systems, Korea (2012-2014), With his broad experiences, he finally established Syntek Energy & Control in 2014 and has grown to one of the most fast-growing startups in energy and industrial sector.
