I have also been there and in fact, I am there every now and then... I mean in the MESSY MIDDLE of motherhood!
It's so disappointing to lose track after lots of planning and goal setting because of something that is so unpredictably happening in your life in your day to day life!
This is the life of a Mom! Beautiful and challenging at the same time! and if we don't want to embrace that we'd be in trouble for sure!
so let's talk about it and see if there is anything we can do to tackle this very issue...
