I think I hear about finding work life balance on the daily, but the reality is I don't know that it exists. I mean maybe it does, but not when you're a mom, wife, entrepreneur, friend, daughter, gym goer, etc. What I've realized is it's less about actual balance and more about giving your best to every situation. Meaning, you're doing/giving your best when you are with your kids, husband, friends. You're present, in the moment and doing your best in every situation. Only once you show up as your best self will you be able to feel accomplished at the end of every day.
