Yuk Chi Chan is the CEO and Co Founder of Charter,  the first ever British Startup to participate in the Techstars’ LA Accelerator Programme. Yuk Chi has a background in space law, holding a Master of Laws from UCL and a Bachelor of Law from Durham University.  During this extended episode, we talk about his learnings from serving in the Singaporean army, advising foreign governments on their space policy, all things startups and much more.
