Meagan Ayres calls in from Canada for this week's episode. She has a heart for women and collaboration. Meagan started Project YOU with the intention of creating a space for women to feel confident, to connect, to support and empower one another. It does exactly that.

She created Project YOU to open a meaningful space for women to achieve greater self-confidence, face their fears and be able to fully express who they are from the inside out. It allows women to speak their truth without judgement and to share similar experiences.

She has since then sold the business and is joining us today to share this journey and her key personal development lessons.
