Gluten, I've never really thought much about it except for the fact that you can be gluten free or eating gluten. I've heard so much about how gluten is terrible for your body and can induce many ill side effects, but I, in myself have never really seen this. At times I've been gluten free, however I am always drawn back to gluten’s doughy deliciousness. This week I wanted to look at why gluten is so demonised, and to explore if it really is that crucial to good health. In this episode we talk about the different diseases linked with gluten and what this means for you depending on where you fit into that spectrum.
