After a year of turmoil, more uncertainty to come I know how overwhelming this can suddenly feel.
I want you to know that you are not alone, that simply by taking some control you can bring more predictability and safety to the day.
My main takeaways:
Start to think about a routine, how you can assign some predictability to the day.
And right now before you go into the office do these 2 things.. and I promise you will feel a lot stronger about the day:
1. Breath, take 10 deep breaths and calm yourself
2. Decide in Advance, what needs to happen today to make it a GREAT day.
And finally make it feel so in the way you show up as that person, strong and intentional.
