Hi! If you're reading this i truly appreciate you lol. As my first episode i wanted to talk about an experience that was heavy hitting for me and has had a huge impact on me. At my age there is a ton of crazy things that go on in your life and i find talking about it helpful...for anybody! Whether that's online, in person, in a diary, and of course to yourself. And don't let anyone tell you you're crazy for doing that! If this resonates with anyone i want you to know that it will pass and you go through everything you go through for a reason.
