Hello everyone :) 

This week, I talk about going through a period of discomfort to ultimately better myself and my circumstances. Ignorance is sometimes bliss but there comes a time to face, tackle and sort out your ish. The time to do so might be now... 

(I was so excited to record this week I didn't realise how close I was to the mic, which is why I sound like a robot at some points.)
