In this episode I share some of the habits and routines I adopted during my competition prep that I think whether you are competing or not, these habits should be apart of your lifestyle if you want to prioritise your health and fitness and start making progress in a rapid way!
It shouldn't take a competition to value your health with the same consistency and resilience that being in a body building competition instills in you.
