Healing Sexuality is so important for women, especially after any sexual trauma.
By doing the work on ourselves and inviting our partner to share that work with us; then within us it also creates a transmission of the healing, and can benefit both, even just one person doing the work. All this healing doesn’t have to hurt. 🩹
The journey is really to go through that pain, but knowing that on the other side of that pain, there is incredible pleasure, and also power and purpose in healing sexuality. 🙏
