Jared, and wife Stefani, serve Ekisa Ministries (www.ekisa.org) in Jinja, Uganda. Jared is the Executive Director with a background in non-profit work and has an MBA. We met up in Las Vegas recently, his hometown, for a fundraising event to support his ministry. We talk about leadership culture, leadership intentionality, and he shares some feedback on my book.
