Today's episode features Joshua Barousse. 

Josh is a native of San Jose, CA. Josh graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Public Administration. He was able to leverage his educational experience in his political career. 

Josh has worked as a Field Representative for Senator Jerry Hill, a Field Director for Dave Cortese, and a Policy Analyst for the City of San Jose. 

In 2019, Josh pivoted out of politics and co-founded San Jose Spotlight, a nonprofit newsroom dedicated to journalism that serves the community.
