Marriage proposals: when done right they're surprising, romantic and never in public. You probably have a lot of favorite TV proposals, and so do we! But we could only choose two to rate, so we went with the heartwarming-est proposals from the Schur-niverse (which coincidentally happen in Halloween episodes):
