#19 Real Estate Market Update with Klint Manz
In today's episode (#19) we interview Klint Manz. Klint is a native of NW Ohio and resides with his family in Paulding, OH. He received his bachelors and Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Toledo. Klint has been in banking since 2006 when he started as a Credit analyst out of college. He has since held positions in both lending and in finance, most recently becoming the Chief Financial Officer for The Union Bank, while retaining the role of Chief Lending Officer. Klint has his own businesses and is also a real estate investor, allowing him to bring perspective from both sides of the table. As a volunteer firefighter and an active member of the community, Klint is focused on staying involved and bettering our communities.

Stress your cash flow model, look on the horizon if your interest rates are going to change. Be pragmatic, and know when you have to walk away from a project.
