In today’s episode, Renae Ingles shares her story as a professional athlete, and the mental journey that this took her on. After ’Netball Player’ had become her identity, she became a mother, causing a bit of an identity crisis. All of this while being married to, and supporting, her husband, Joe Ingles, a professional basketball (NBA) player. We dig deep into family, mental health, authenticity, what it’s like raising a child with Autism, and the importance of giving back to the people in your community. 

Renae Ingles is a Netball World Champion (and Gold Medalist) among her many other titles, some of which are; KultureCity & 4Asd board member, Autism Advocate, and most importantly, wife & mother. Renae and her husband, Joe Ingles, live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with their three kids, Jacob, Mills, and Jack. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, is ABA Therapy Certified, and has a Certification in Autism Studies.
