Join hosts Tasia Ricks, a Junior at William & Mary, Senior Will Casale, and Senior Katherine Davis as they discuss historical events that have contributed to the gender pay gap, current issues surrounding inequality in pay, and what to do to help ensure women get equal pay in the workforce. They also welcome Dr. Nicole Pyer and Professor Phil Wagner to discuss gender pay disparity.
