‘The Chairman and I speak on the hour, every hour, even on Christmas Day!’
One word sums up my conversation with Richard, Enthusiam.
Richard’s enthusiasm for his family, Kexgill and its team, students, and David Bowie (!) are infectious, and every time I listen back, I laugh even more.
We got into his opinion on Student Accommodation (of course), why he ventured into investments in DNA labs, how his relationship with the Chairman has defined his recent working life and much more.
Richard also shared his family’s journey after his eldest son was born with Polands Syndrome and the effect it had on him.
