This week I want to look at the gift of tongues. What is this gift? Can a person have the gift of tongues today? I will try to answer those questions today.

Tongues in the Bible are a spoken language. They were given as a sign to unbelievers and Israel during the early church, and they ceased after a time.

1Co 14:22  Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying serveth not for them that believe not, but for them which believe.
