Francesca Kennedy is the mom of two boys with a third little boy on the way. She's a navy wife, a teacher and her heart for motherhood is just so evident from the first conversation you have with her. We discussed the importance of educating and advocating for yourself doing pregnancy.We talked about Francesca's first born's NICU stay and the grief and trauma that she experienced as well as how healing the birth of her second son was for her from that trauma. We talked pregnancy during covid, the comparison trap that comes with parenting and so much more.
