Starting her career with KPMG qualifying as a chartered accountant, Vineta threw herself into the challenge of the grocer come tech company and tells us about her experience NOT as a female leader, despite breaking a few ceilings on her way, about the importance of being herself and instilling that freedom in her team, and the vital lessons she was taught when making the choice of who she wanted to be as a leader.
