This week I talk with Canadian comedy star Darcy Michael live from his home in Ladner BC.  I met Darcy when we were both performing at an event in Vancouver more than ten years ago and its been so cool to see him transform and watch his career take off. He's got a great story of how physical transformation can have a ripple affect in other areas of your life, like STARING IN A SITCOM and FILMING A PILOT FOR A TALK SHOW. Darcy's been around enough famous people to know that it aint all its cracked up to be.
