In the spirit of Sydney Mardi Gras 2021, we're looking at the experience of being a trans person and the ongoing fight for trans rights. Mal Brooks is a former top chef at a prestigious Melbourne Women's club and a trans man. He generously opens up about his life and career and all too familiar experiences as a trans man.
