Hello all and welcome back to Unlearn and Vibe this week Joss will talk about our August book and give her take aways in what stood out the most and what resonated with her. Author Gabby Bernstein has a way with words, the way she describes our higher power whether you believe in God, the Universe, Source, you choose the name you feel most comfortable in calling but, I think what we can all agree with is, there something out there stronger and bigger than us. Life isn't always peachy and that is ok is through the tough moments that we learn to be stronger, wiser, resilient! I highly suggest if there is anything that hit home for you during this episode you go and pick up a copy of this book, it's truly a beauty and it can bring so much peace in a time of chaos.
