#19 - Welcome back

Hey Friends!! It has been a few weeks but we are back…..mostly.  In this episode we just start the zoom and talk about life and why we needed to miss a few weeks.  Chris opens up about the loss of a dear friend!  This is a very raw and un-edited ( arent they all??) episode. We discuss our versions of how to deal with loss and more about the future of “That Helped”.
