This week Sarah and Maggie learn that Norman Greenbaum wrote the 1969 hit song Spirit in the Sky in just 15 minutes and has lived solely off royalties from the chart topper ever since. His second hit, Canned Ham, was not as successful, but that doesn’t stop the girls from singing along with what they anticipate that song sounding like (spoiler: it’s a lot like Spirit in the Sky).
Other unstable topics covered include: why does Instagram hate us and how can Sarah and Maggie crack the algorithm to fix it? Plus two reality titans, Jack Osbourne and Jax Taylor, square off in a Jack Off competition, ants go marching in and they’re carrying a heavy load, and Sarah and Maggie make up a SPAM jingle that’s sure to make them one-hit-wonders.What do you think? Are 100 trillion of any small thing way cuter than 100 million? Or are you as terrified of ants as Sarah?
Would you rather be known for one great thing, or lots of okay things?

All the pop culture, historic, scientific, and all-around fascinating facts and games are written and produced by Sarah and Maggie, and every episode is edited and hosted with love. Do them a solid: follow and review this podcast to help them grow.
