On today's episode, we are talking about the slap heard across the world - dramatic? Okay, maybe a little lol. But we are discussing the Will Smith and Chris Rock situation that occurred at the Oscars and what I believe it can teach us.

In this episode, I talk about how if we view this situation from a place of humanity we find so many similarities to moments in our lives. The 3 things I touch on are:

1. Self-awareness and how we must check-in with ourselves and our growth, regularly.
2. Accountability and how we can give grace but grace doesn't cancel out keeping us accountable.
3. When you lose your cool, you always have something to lose. 
4. Even if you think you’re good if you have experienced trauma/pain. Get help, make it a point to heal.

This is a powerful episode and a conversation I know we can all relate to and resonate with.
