I am convinced that there are certain activities when done on a daily basis will lead to far greater satisfaction in life, a physically healthy body, and a refreshed soul. 

 

I am going to be painting a picture of an ideal day in the hope of persuading you to take the steps needed to make any changes you need to your current daily routine. Of course that it is not possible to live every day in this idealised way. Our goal in which case is to consistently start to build these habits into our lives. There will be days when we hardly get any of them done. Such is the nature of life. But we can make progress by building them in one by one, one day at a time.

Season 2 has finished for now and season 3 is on its way but in the meantime, we're going to have a couple of shorter episodes with some quotes and wise words to encourage you on your journey of living life to the full.
