This week I am sharing one of the most valuable lessons that I have learned yet. That if I want other people to value my time and energy then first I have to value them too.
It’s something that took me a long time to realise and even longer to actually believe. When I stop to notice how I feel and what I need, rather than go into busyness autopilot then things start to feel different.
It’s a continual practice but one that I am committed to for my own well-being and something that I feel super passionate about passing on to other mums as well.
