Koji Pereira is the Senior Manager of Product Design at Twitter, and was formerly Head of Design for Lyft Business. In our conversation, he discusses how pursuing creativity and ambitious ideas led to a number of fast failures, a few huge wins, and a successful and fulfilling career at organizations like Google, Lyft, and Twitter.
