先週、夫とポルトガルに行きました。リスボンに行きました。とても楽しかったです。

ロンドンからリスボンまで飛行機で2時間半ぐらいです。近いです。リスボンは暖かかったです。リスボンで観光をしました。それから、レンタカーを借りて、シントラという町に行きました。シントラに古くておもしろいお屋敷がたくさんありました。

シントラはリスボンから近いし、山の中だから、少し涼しいです。昔の人は夏に住むためにお屋敷を建てたそうです。19世紀にポルトガルの国王が住んでいた宮殿もあります。景色を見て、私は日本の箱根みたいだと思いました。モンセラーテ宮殿という所を見に行きました。他にも見たい建物がありましたが、時間が足りませんでした。

海の近くで昼ご飯を食べました。Google Mapで一番レビューが高いレストランに入りました。おいしかったけど、食事が来るのが遅かったです。ご飯を食べた後で散歩しました。魔女の宅急便みたいなかわいい所でした。いい写真が撮れました。これは結婚20年の記念旅行でした。

Last week I went to Portugal with my husband. We went to Lisbon. It was very fun.

It takes about two and a half hours to fly from London to Lisbon. It's close. Lisbon was warm. We did some sightseeing in Lisbon. Then we rented a car and went to a town called Sintra. There were many old and interesting mansions in Sintra.

Sintra is close to Lisbon and in the mountains, so it is a bit cooler. People used to build mansions to live in in the summer, and there are palaces where the Portuguese kings lived in the 19th century. Looking at the scenery I thought it was like Hakone in Japan. I went to see a place called Monserrate Palace. There were other buildings I wanted to see, but we didn't have enough time.

We had lunch near the sea and went into the restaurant with the best reviews on Google Maps. It was delicious, but the food came quite late. After lunch we went for a walk. It was a cute place, like Kiki's Delivery Service. I was able to take some good photos. This was our 20th wedding anniversary trip.
