Conquer yourself immediately every morning after waking, propose the salvation of a particular soul, get rid of self-pity, appreciate treasures on earth of hunger/thirst/pain/poverty/betrayal/slander, your soul & body are enemies who can't get along, give the body less than its due, let them witness your penance, tolerate others' faults but not your own, you as grain of wheat must die to be fruitful, conquer your Pride.
