• Declare that you are a speaker. Put it in your title, when you introduce yourself, update your social media profile.
• Search for networking groups in your area and send them a request and find out if they are looking for speakers.
• Attend networking events. At the networking groups let them know you are a speaker and looking to speak in your elevator speech. Mention the name of the topic in your intro.
• Sponsor a one to three day event. The audience that attends paid events is serious about their business and will want to hear what you have to say.
• Make your own stage and host your own event. It can be a small group of ten people to your own one day event with a large audience.
