Meet Traci Morrow! Traci’s passion has always been to help people of all ages and stages of life to live in their passion and gift zone. For eleven years she built and led the junior and senior high youth ministries at her church, went on to lead the women’s ministry, and has served in various school, church, and community boards. She walked boldly into business leadership in 2003, when she established both Traci Morrow Fitness, Inc. and Finish Line Leaders, Inc. as a Founding Team Beachbody Coach. For the last 16 years she has spoken at leadership trainings and events, as she’s mentored other entrepreneurs.  In addition to over a decade of appearing in various fitness videos, achieving the highest rank in the Team Beachbody Coaching Network, hosting numerous national fitness camps, speaking at Team Beachbody national conferences, and serving three terms as a member of the Coach Advisory Board, Traci has maintained active participation in her church, community and children’s schools and sports.  

Traci has twice been a Member of John C. Maxwell’s Executive Mentoring Circle, is a certified John Maxwell Team Member, and serves on The John Maxwell Network Marketing Advisory Council. She is the Host of Maximum Impact Mentoring Calls since 2015, is honored to emcee the Live2Lead Global Leadership Simulcast for the past five years, and serves on the John Maxwell Leadership Foundation Board, where she travels with John, Mark, and their team and partners to bring Transformation to nations. Traci loves people, lives humbly and with excellence, and desires to illuminate the path for those she leads.

Traci and her husband KC live in Los Angeles with or near their 6 kids & 1 favorite son-in-law, where they gather often and serve together. TRACI’S 5 STEPS FOR SPIRITUAL AND PHYSICAL WELLNESS:

  1. Ground our identity in Jesus
  2. Let Jesus define you with daily time in His word and prayer
  3. Manage the manageable:
    1. Make your bed!
    2. Sleep
    3. Nutrition and Water
    4. Take care of your temple
    5. Dress: style, modesty, self-expression, to your shape, color palette  
    6. Know Yourself, Know Your People: Enrich your relationships: love language, personality/enneagram, core motives, strengths finder
  4. Women need women: have an inner circle: to pray for and with, and speak into your life 
  5. Learn to say, “No, but thank you!” Create boundaries around the relationships and projects that matter to you.
