We all have that one "boss" we remember fondly from the old days. The one you loved working for. The goal is to BE LIKE THAT PERSON.

It doesn't mean be exactly like them, as you have to do so in your own way. But be mindful of being the best person you can, as you'll get more effort out of them if you put more effort into them!
