Today’s Monday Momtra episode is inspired by a word document that I found in my computer from over 2 years ago - a list of gratitude. I felt compelled to share it with you for multiple reasons. For one, I think it’s powerful to reflect on our growth and previous mindsets. Another, it’s a real feel good kinda list - instant mood booster. And, it feeds the energy around intentional creation and manifestation.
