This week I talk with Mike Freeman! Mike spent 11 years playing professional baseball. In 2023 Mike was hired by the Seattle Mariners to be the Manager of their Double-A affiliate and he was named Manager of the Year! For me, some of my favorite moments from the conversation weren’t about his play on the field. He opens about the loss of his father, meeting his incredible wife Caroline, and navigating the balance of life and baseball. Hope you enjoy as much as I did!
