We discuss being involved in different toxic drinking cultures, and the negative effects it has on us as a society and as individuals. Stories from both of our pasts and how we have both managed to control our habits to become better versions of ourselves.
Celebrating with friends for special occasions and having a fun time are vital to our everyday lives. But ensuring we are drinking responsibly and not being bullied into doing it to a point where it's considered binge drinking is pivotal to our mental well-being.
