Are you a college graduate? Are you a corporate mom turn stay-at-home momma? If that's you, I know being a SAHM parent can feel like a waste of time especially if you scroll on social media for any length of time. We tend to see our friends and family working outside of the home while we’re still in our PJs drinking cold coffee, it can be a mentally challenging season. One tip I’ve learned is to limit social media exposure, it’s not good for long periods of time. You are not wasting your time or degree as a SAHM, come learn why.
