Then we move into some very messy business involving James Caan and Robert Duvall in Sam Peckinpah's THE KILLER ELITE. We follow that up with a noir trip to Japan with Robert Mitchum in THE YAKUZA. Then it's a trip to foggy England, following John Wayne in BRANNIGAN. We climb the Murderwall mountain with Clint Eastwood in THE EIGER SANCTION. Then it's back to Los Angeles for Burt Reynolds' gritty, underappreciated HUSTLE. Then we keep on truckin' with Jan Michael Vincent in WHITE LINE FEVER. We finish off with some quick nods to Joe Don Baker (RIP) as MITCHELL, and Paul Newman in THE DROWNING POOL. It's one gut punch after the other as we examine the TOUGH GUYS in 1975 action and neo noir films!
