It's a trap! The Buzz Question at kmjnow.com asks listeners about Google Maps adding a new feature that allows drivers to report speed traps. Do you like it or not?
Google Maps is adding the ability for people to report where police are hiding, vehicle crashes and traffic jams on its app. Map applications have received criticism from law enforcement in the past for allowing users to share an officer’s location. Do you think this information will hurt or help? PG&E confirmed that its equipment may have been responsible for two more fires that broke out in the Bay Area during its Public Safety Power Shutoff over the weekend. The two fires are the second and third fires reported to the CPUC in less than five days which appear to be linked to broken PG&E equipment.
