198. Who are you REALLY? Moving past the limitations of labels

PEP TALK: Are the labels that you place on yourself holding you back? We tell ourselves we ARE unhealthy, miserable, stressed, undisciplined, or unmotivated. We tell ourselves we AREN'T motivated, a runner, strong enough, smart enough, or good enough. What if these labels are becoming self-fulfilling prophecies? Sometimes when we only know one way of living and being for long enough, we don't who we would be if that label was no longer true. Who would you even be if you were happy, healthy, and fulfilled? Who would you be if your career, your self-limiting beliefs, and doubts didn't define you? It's time to let go of the limits. You are bigger than them.
