Arrest, sacking, shooting! It's not been a great weekend for journalists. Hello, you're tuned in to The Big Story. Over the last 48 hours, a few unrelated incidents got reported all of which have to do with attack on journalists - literally and otherwise. And in this podcast, we'll talk about all those incidents.

The first case is the somewhat illegal arrest of freelance journalist Prashant Kanojia. He was arrested over a facebook post that allegedly tried to "malign" UP CM Yogi Adityanath. The head and the editor of a private news channel Nation Live were also sacked over the same video that got Kanojia arrested because they allowed the video to be aired on their channel.

And in an unrelated incident, bike-borne assailants fired at vehicle carrying two ABP News journalists who were travelling towards the murder site of a trader in Delhi's Prasadnagar.
