This is Hercules the snow leopard cub Don bought me for my birthday. He bought this cub and a female from Marc McCarthy where he’d bought Jade and Armani the leopards. The female and her sister are being used by the Dallas Zoo but as soon as she’s not a cute cub they will send one of them to us.
Don returned and agreed to take care of everything so that Judy Watson and I could drive to Jacksonville until Sunday for the LIOC convention. I left detailed written instructions taped to everything and told all of the staff and volunteers to remind him when to feed and about the sick Cougar’s medicine. I called the first night and Don was having a hard time getting Callie to take her meds so it was the last time she did. When I got back the cat was nearly dead, but we were able to turn her around.
