With the 90s coming to an end, was 1999 really a good way to end a decade of great music? You had lots of boy bands, pop princesses, and rock bands all meshed up in the same spotlight which made things confusing to say the least. However, down below there were some great albums that were released and therefore that's why it's a musical paradox.
