Tim Berners- Lee ,simply refused to accept that the world had to work the way it did.  When people said centralization was ineluctable, he shook his head. “ It’s a choice, ” he claimed. When people said sequestration was dead, he lowered . “ Only if we kill it. ”When people said the Web was broken beyond form, he smiled sorely.  “ also we fix it. ” 
 He did n’t claim to have all the answers. He admitted Solid was complicated. He conceded big companies would n’t borrow it willingly. He knew changing laws was hard.
