On the first episode of Maxx's Minutes I link up with fellow Compass agent Terrence Harding (@realestatedynamo_nyc). Terrence is the founder of the Hard Cost team at Compass and something of a legend in the NY real estate game. We talked about growing up in Brooklyn and his start in the music world as a member of Junior Mafia working with Notorious BIG and how that later led him to real estate and becoming on of the top agents in NYC. Terrence tells us how a lot of the skills he learned being in the music industry helped as he grew his career in real estate.
